What to do in Oahu with kids

The most over-recommended Oahu activity for families is the Polynesian Cultural Center, and it actually earns it. Six island villages plus the evening show, easy pacing for kids, and the option to skip the dinner show if you only want the cultural village. Kualoa Ranch is the second one to consider. It was the filming location for Jurassic Park, Lost, and Kong: Skull Island, and the full-day combo packs in three different tours plus a buffet lunch. For a non-Hawaiian afternoon when everyone needs to cool off, Wet'n'Wild is five minutes from Ko Olina with the 42-foot Volcano Express drop slide and a wave pool.
