What Hawaii is a recommendation site. For some tours, we send you to the operator's official booking page. They run the booking, you book with them. We're not the tour operator and we don't operate the tours.
For tours booked directly on the operator's site, all questions about cancellation, refunds, day-of changes, weather policies, etc. are between you and the operator. We can help you contact them but the booking is theirs to honor.
For tours marked "What Hawaii Direct", where you book through us, we run the booking on the operator's behalf. If they can't honor your reservation (sold out, weather, mechanical), we'll either rebook you on a comparable tour or refund you in full. Cancellation policy: free up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
All prices shown are per adult unless stated otherwise. Children's pricing varies by operator. Taxes and gratuities may apply at checkout. We don't add markups for affiliate tours. You pay the operator's price.
Show up on time. Bring required items (sunscreen, swimwear, etc. as the operator specifies). Follow safety instructions. Disclose any medical conditions the operator asks about.
We're a recommendation service. We make best-effort decisions about which operators to feature, but we can't be liable for the tour experience itself; that's the operator's responsibility. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking fees we collected from you.
We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
